TELL ME:

What do YOU want?

What are you good at?

And how much longer are you going to wait to figure it all out?

Maybe you can’t seem to find the “right” job, or the “right” man, or the “right” city, no matter how many options you try.

Maybe you feel like you’ve let your mom, your boyfriend or your ex-best friend determine your life choices.

Maybe you know (not-so-deep) inside you’re not on the path you should be, but have no clue what “your path” actually is.

Call it a quarter life crisis. Call it (mini) breakdown. Call it “adulting” problems.

No matter what you call it, if you’re tired of feeling like you’re wasting “the prime of your life” without a clear direction, you’re in the right place. (And you aren’t alone.)

Hi, I’m Jessica Knight, Co-Active trained life coach, RYT-200 and lifelong New Yorker (with the mouth to prove it) and my main mission is helping 20, 30 and 40-something women figure out what the hell they want from life.

Come on in and let me help you find your OWN voice in life.

“I came to Jessica when I was at a breaking point with my job and needed some clarity and direction around what I wanted to do next. The first time I spoke with Jessica I felt like I had landed in a space that was supportive and charged with purpose. During my two years of coaching Jessica saw me through a lot of ups and downs, but ultimately she helped me realize what things were holding me back and she encouraged me to ask myself questions or view things in a way I never had before. Ultimately, I found a new job, but more importantly I had new perspectives on myself and what I was capable of, above and beyond finding a job. That is the invaluable benefit for me now and going forward in any aspect of my life. Working with Jessica is an experience I will never forget and one that I would recommend to anyone!”

“I sought out Jessica, who was referred to me by a friend, during a time in my life where I felt like the ground beneath me was particularly unstable – I had recently gone through an unexpected breakup, was dealing with two very different deaths, working to move out of the small town I was living in, and exploring the idea of changing my career. My first appointment with Jessica brought instant relief that I had someone in my corner to listen to my insecurities and fears and provide objective advice. We worked together for another year and half or so – through more job turbulence, a different boyfriend, and a move.

Although I feel like there is never really a good time to stop working with a life coach, I am now able to make much more grounded decisions regarding my personal and professional relationships and am practicing putting myself first. I still use tools that Jessica gave me every single day. I am able to identify unhealthy, toxic, and self-depreciating behavior that I once considered normal and am able to hold myself to a higher standard. I am so grateful for and appreciative of Jessica’s expertise and support!”

SARAH

“Thank you for getting me started on this adventure I call my life. Before I started coaching with you I had never worked with a coach or understood how much I needed it, you gave me a peek on what was possible if I lived more out of intention and less out of fear and of the stories I tell myself. I quit the job and the people draining my spirit, got another job (something I had wanted to do all along) and quit that one too, not because I got a better ‘job’ but because I released myself from fear that kept me in places and spaces that weren’t good for me.

After a quitting my job, I wanted to do something that would completely throw me out of my comfort zone and face my fears. I booked a week retreat to the Bali Mountains with a random group of Aussie gals I found on the internet 🙂 and I had such an awesome time with strangers who embraced me as I was and loved me like I was one of them. Being a black gal, I fit right in there with them like we knew each other for a lifetime, we went for hikes, skinny dipping in very crisp clean waters in the Bali mountain, yoga, meditation, laughed, cried and shared and bonded in ways that I didn’t expect.

Long story short, I learnt that my fear and insecurities were all imagined, I learnt to fully live in my essence and am still work in progress

Jessica – you are such a wonderful inspiration, listener and kind, creative mind. I’m very grateful for our time working on my life, together.”

“Working with you has shown me that you can have everything you have always wanted, but if the thoughts aren’t aligned, it just doesn’t work. Thank you for helping me live an intentional life – ON MY TERMS!

“I feel forever indebted to Jessica. I have been unhappy with my career since graduating undergrad (almost a decade). For three years now I’ve thought about what felt like a pie in the sky dream job. I was stuck in my head about what people would think about my career 180 and whether I had what it took to start and run my own business. Jessica’s patience and compassion is unmatched. She helped me separate my fears and feelings from facts. I have made more progress on my new business than I would have ever expected to and I have to give her so much credit for that. She helped me get out of my own way.”

“I first sought out Jessica’s expertise when I was at a point in my life in which I felt incredibly stuck. I was living in a city that I hated, working in a job in which I felt undervalued, and felt much more unhappy with my life in general than I was ready to admit. Jessica helped provide a safe and supportive space for me to hone in on my values and goals, and helped guide me in the direction I wanted my life to take. Throughout our years of coaching together, her support has been instrumental in helping me transition to a new city and job, navigate personal relationships, and face any challenges that have come my way. I am so appreciative of Jessica’s kind heart, thoughtful encouragement, and listening ear. Most importantly, Jessica has helped boost my confidence in the biggest way, and has provided me with invaluable tools to help me live the life that I want. Thank you!

“I remember the first time I read Jessica’s website. I remember scrolling through as she described so many of the barriers that were impacting my ability to really grow my life: waking up Mondays hungover, stressing about my career, not feeling connected to my friendships or romantic life. I remember how she described that feeling of your twenties passing you by and not knowing if you’ll catch up with them or wake up 45 and wonder where all the time went. Jessica helped me show up in my life. She taught me how to set boundaries and goals. She helped me examine the parts of my life that I could celebrate and embrace and which parts I needed to examine to see if they served me long term. Since I started working with Jessica, I was promoted twice, started my own business, found better boundaries with my family and friendships, and most importantly, formed a better relationship with my own needs. I have so many tools to help me stay present in my life and feel control of my future. If you’re scrolling through this website and wondering if Jessica sees you, she does. If you’re wondering if she can help you take the next step to your future, she can. If you’re wondering if you should reach out and have her help you, you should.

MICHAELA

“I am a woman in my late 30s and I have been working with Jessica for about three years. When I started working with her, I had seen therapists in the past but was looking for someone to help me set and meet goals for my future. Right from the very first session, I got to explore my hopes, dreams, fears, values, and goals. Before each call, Jessica has you fill out a pre-call worksheet which not only helps her know what you want to talk about, but helps you think about your challenges and successes from the week and also what you most want to work on. When working with Jessica on big life goals like career, family and relationships, she always gently yet firmly guides me to think about what I feel, want and need. When I get stuck in loops of negative thinking, she offers me alternative views, and gives me exercises to practice reframing unhelpful beliefs. I can’t speak highly enough of my work with Jess- she has helped me move through major challenges in my life and move towards being the person I want to be. She has helped guide me through important relationships, into a new career path, and toward a new job that was a much better fit. If you are considering a life coach, she’s your girl!”

AMANDA

Jessica is the absolute best of the best. Full stop. I can say without a doubt that, if you are willing to put in the work, your life will improve tremendously by working with her.

Jessica structures her approach to each client individually. She works closely with the client to understand what they need and what they want out of the sessions, which I find extremely valuable. She puts in unparalleled thought, care, tact, and transparency to every coaching session and puts forth a tremendous effort to get to know each client while understanding that no two clients are the same. In our sessions, I appreciate that Jessica doesn’t simply offer solutions, nor does she just have me talk through my feelings about an issue – she truly coaches towards resolution with a set of incredibly varied and diverse tools. Our conversation (which feels very much like a conversation with a close friend or confidant) flows freely, and somehow by the end, I’ve worked through the exact steps I need to take. She has made a huge impact on my life professionally, as well as personally.

Whatever it is that is calling you to life coaching – I assure you that you will find no better option than Jessica!”

ALEXANDRA

Jessica and I have worked together for the last two years, and she’s helped provide me with clarity in relationships, growing pains at work, and setting and making sense of life goals. She reminded me of the importance in setting and keeping healthy boundaries, and helped me recognize that my needs weren’t “too much” or “crazy” and helped me gain confidence in myself. She’s empathetic, pragmatic, and thoughtful. I will absolutely work with her in the future should I need advice or guidance in my romantic partnerships. “

JORDAN

It was great speaking with you today. You always have such incredible and helpful insight and I am loving having you as my coach!

MEGAN

It’s hard to put into words how much Jessica has helped me. I started out seeking a coach to help me through a roadblock in my career, but Jessica and I dove into that and so much more. Turns out that various challenges in my life share overlapping themes — Jessica helped me develop tools to navigate these issues with much more confidence and composure.

Jessica provided a safe space in which I could fully be myself, which allowed for honest and real conversation without judgment. She truly listened, remembered details of experiences I shared, and just really seemed to get it.

Jessica would be my first call if I were to end up in that “stuck” space I found myself in over a year ago, and I would encourage anyone who is considering coaching to work with her as well.

Dating after not-dating

When I first started dating, after my 2 year period of not dating, I was a disaster. It took me a long time to feel "ready." Not because I wasn't over my ex --- but I was terrified to feel the feelings I felt in that relationship. I was afraid to lose myself again. I...
