We will not return to life as it was before the pandemic.
Life will look different.
We will be different.
We already are different.
And however we go “back to life” will be a gradual change.
We won’t reenter life the way it was (seemingly) taken from us. All of the things we have worked on during the pandemic will have to have a place in our new life.
The hobbies we started, the walks we took, the hikes we did, the things we journaled, the sunsets we watched, the books we read, the rest we needed, the banana bread we cooked, the relationships we made with friends, the people we connected with after years of being disconnected….all of it. It all matters.
We get to choose what enters our new life and what is left behind. We get to decide what our new priorities are and what we advocate for.
It all counts and it all matters.
And you can create whatever you need to in this time.
And if you decide you don’t like what you created, you get to edit it.
You don’t have to worry about how this will all fit into your new life – just know and trust you will have the time to figure it out.
You will not be thrust into something you can’t handle.
It will be okay.
After all, you handled this crazy adventure of a pandemic, you can handle anything.
And I am here to help if you need it ♥️
