If you made it this far, it is safe to assume that you may be in a Quarter Life Crisis. So what does that actually mean?
I define Quarter Life Crisis as this: when you’re caught between living life and worrying about if you’re ever going to be able to live the life you want. You may feel that whatever is next feels unattainable.
You may tell yourself: THEY can have it but I can’t. THEY are happy but I am not.
You may feel like you don’t know what you want, who you are, and worry you’re “not good at anything” and you’ll never find “your thing.” And you may be searching outside of yourself for the magic pill called happiness that resides in another persons body, or another career, or another city….
You may feel you can’t do whatever it is you want to do, and that you will never feel alive, focused, or even actually happy.
But here is the thing: you don’t have to start every Monday filled with regret. Or Sundays stuck in scaries. You don’t have to keep saying you’ll get around to doing things that fill your soul – taking that yoga class, going back to school, meal prepping, leaving the job, planning that big trip…
