This is one of those posts that will show up on your feed, you’ll scroll past and think “that’s not me” and then find yourself scrolling back up…looking at it again…and letting it sit.
It probably is you. It’s me. It’s all of us to some degree. And I’m sure you can name five people in your life that exhibit this behavior.
This is not exclusive to long term relationships. This can be in sexual partnership or just dating.
Who you choose matters and if you consistently find yourself in the same situation with the same kind of person, it’s you. And I mean that in the most loving way.
It’s you AND you have the power to change.
AND it will be so freeing when you do.
You will stop dating the same person in a different body.
But this requires you to look inside with deep deep compassion and ask yourself “why am I choosing this?” “What part of me wants this?”
Talking about love and why we choose who we choose is one of my favorite topics to coach on. Schedule a free mini session with me to dive into your pattern. We’ll come out on the other side with clarity and a plan to help you help you.
