It’s okay to be going through a quarter life crisis in a pandemic…
Maybe before the pandemic you felt like you didn’t know what you wanted, let alone who you were….
Maybe you worried that you weren’t actually “good at anything” and that you’d never find “your thing”….
Or that maybe you’d be happier in the next job, in the next city, with the next lover…and then you’re not.
Maybe you put yourself and your own needs on the backburner…
And attracted bad partners with bad habits…
And yet, you know not-so-deep inside you are meant for more….
And then…enter a global pandemic
And now you cannot fathom another month of virtual chats, virtual happy hours, virtual trivia, virtual runs, virtual life…..
You’ve spent more time on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat than literally anything else…
You don’t know how to work at home, or where to work at home, and why that ever seemed appealing in the past…
There is no plan or structure to your day (what even is a calendar?)…
And when there is, you abandon the plan by 10:30am with hopes of “doing better of tomorrow”
But then tomorrow comes…
And the next day…
And before we know it, you’re dreading Friday because it’s another weekend of a completely empty calendar paired with a lot of Netflix and not a lot of chill…

Hold yourself accountable to what you say you are going to do.
Learn to manage all the stuff coming in (i.e – virtual everything) so it energizes you.
Create killer relationships in your life.
Figure out what the F you want to do with your career
…and how you’re going to do it.
And make a pandemic plan that is aligned with what you want (and not what Instagram says you should do…)
