Narcissists think their feelings are facts.
They like to think their feelings are facts – so whatever they feel anger, rage or whatever triggered them, they believe it is justified.
So when they spread lies about you, often even to you, they convince themselves they have the right to feel this way.
If they think about something, or have a negative feeling about what you did, they tell themselves it is true. Your perspective does not matter. The more they say it, the more they believe it.
They are always the victims. It is always your fault.
They live in a delusional world and this is a part of the ongoing delusion. This is not something to take personally – their mind works different than yours. They are wired differently. It will never make sense to you – it is not supposed to. This is narcissism by design.
